A Note From John Ford
A special note to any members or others in the nonfiction community who've been touched by the California wildfires: Our hearts go out to you, and we want to help in any way possible. Please let the NPACT staff know of anyone who's experienced loss so we can alert the membership and come to their aid. This is an outstanding group of creative entrepreneurs with big hearts, standing by ready and willing to help.
Wishing you all a very happy Thanksgiving!

Can't Sign In to ProCal
There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to log in to ProCal.
- Do you have an active ProCal account? If you had been using a trial, your free two weeks may have expired. SOLUTION: Please contact Michelle Van Kempen.
- You may not have been set up as a user. SOLUTION: Ask whoever has Admin status at your company to make you a user. The Admin will follow these steps to set the user access permissions and a user invitation will then be sent to you.
- ProCal only allows one active sign-on per user name. If you are sharing the same sign-in credentials with another person, that is a violation of your user agreement, and you will be locked out when another person logs in using your credentials. SOLUTION: 1. Each user must have a separate user name/password. Contact the ProCal Admin person for your company to arrange for a user invitation to be sent to anyone who needs access to ProCal. 2. Your Admin person should ensure that your company's ProCal license allows for the appropriate number of users. If not, contact Michelle Van Kempen.
- If you're still having trouble getting into ProCal, please contact Mike Mistovich.
