Chairman and CEO, Bunim/Murray Production As Chairman and CEO of BMP, Gil is responsible for the continuing growth of the 30+ year-old company as both a production studio and international business entity. Combining business and creative acumen, he has been instrumental in setting and guiding the company’s vision, and expanding BMP’s breadth and scope. He has led the sale, production and distribution of an unprecedented number of programs, developed and overseen numerous exclusive pod deals, and expanded BMP's digital reach with multiple projects on streaming platforms. During his tenure at BMP, Goldschein has negotiated an extensive array of business and partnership deals, including Banijay Group’s acquisition of the company in 2010, BMP’s deal to produce Emmy Award-winning Project Runway, and the partnership with Ryan Seacrest Productions to produce Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which is celebrating its 13th year on air, to name just a few. Goldschein is a member of the International Academy of Arts & Sciences, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and a board member of the Forum on Law, Culture and Society. |
Flo Mitchell-Brown
Chair, New York Production Alliance (NYPA) Head of Industry Engagement, Extreme Reach Payroll Solutions Flo Mitchell-Brown is Head of Industry Engagement for Extreme Reach’s Payroll Solutions division that provides payroll, accounting and labor relations for production casts and crews across the entertainment industry. Flo has spent 20-plus years in the entertainment industry. She spent many years at Entertainment Partners, first as VP and then as SVP of Operations, a role that honed her skills in leadership, production management and production finance. Flo is deeply involved with the production community, serving on the board of New York Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT) and as Chair of the New York Production Alliance (NYPA). In 2018 she co-founded “Give Film,” an organization focused on creating content for change. |

Prior to being appointed as The Hive’s president, Twilley was GM at Jupiter Entertainment.
